The new LiHDX batteries from Metabo offer up to 100 percent more performance, impress with up to 85 percent longer runtimes and are charged twice as fast. This quantum leap in performance and productivity is particularly evident in power-intensive machines such as angle grinders, large rotary hammers and plunge-cut saws.
The new tabless technology makes it possible: The technical “bottleneck” of previous cell generations has been eliminated in this new generation. The key to more power is a lower internal resistance of the battery cells. This allows more energy to flow, which means higher performance. At the same time, the cell remains cooler, which extends the runtime.
